• We do not accommodate children or pets.

• We require a deposit of 20% to secure reservations.  The deposit is refundable if you cancel with 14 or more days’ notice.

• For no shows or booking curtailments we will charge the full amount.

• Arrival is between 16:00 and 18:00.  We will try to accommodate early or late arrivals where possible. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure.

• Guests are free to use our car park.  Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners' risk.

• Boscastle House is strictly non-smoking.

• We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guests' property

• We reserve the right to charge for any damages, accidents or loss of keys that occur during the stay.

• We will use our best efforts to return any items left behind by a guest after their stay, but reserve the right to recoup any costs incurred by Boscastle House.

• All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable.
